I can't guarantee that we'll be able to fix any issues (although I hope that we will) however, I will be able to provide a level of help and support that I wouldn't normally be able to via the free support forum.

This service is available from Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT/BST, except for when I’m on annual leave / holiday / vacation / days off. When available, I aim to respond within 24-hours.
